What club(s) do you advise? Class of 2026 Co-Adviser

What made you want to be an adviser at MTHS? I love to support my students in and out of the classroom. It helps me build relationships with my students rather than just be viewed as their teacher. I always loved to be involved when I was a high school student myself so that has continued into my professional life as well.

Do you have any goals for your advising career? I want to help the Sophomore Class raise as much money as possible, have a successful Junior and Senior Prom, and support them the best I can throughout the next three years. For Lacrosse, I would like to have a winning season this year as well as encourage my athletes to not only get better at lacrosse but leave the field better people all around than they were when they stepped on it. 

If you had to advise another club besides the one you do, which would you choose? I would love to also Coach Field Hockey

What is your favorite part of being an adviser? How does it impact your life? I love to build relationships with students that I may not see everyday in my classroom. It helps me feel more connected to the school and students as a whole not only my Algebra and AP Computer Science students. The more students I can reach and have a positive impact on the better.
