The girls tennis team is enjoying a successful season. Head Coach McKennan and assistant Coach Schaefer are encouraging the tennis players to work towards success.

“From the weight room to the courts, I have a daily objective for each practice,”said McKennan. His goal for the season has always been to win their division. He said, “It’s an attainable goal and motivator.”

He teaches the team how to work and play under pressure.

When they are at practice, McKennan knows the skill level of each player because each has different strengths and weaknesses.

The team has worked together and improved their skills this year, which resulted in the team qualifying for States this year. The team improves everyday and are always looking forward to the next upset.
