Marvel Star, Jeremy Renner, In Critical Condition After New Year’s Day Snow Plowing Accident

Jeremy Renner, known for his famed role in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) as Clint Barton/Hawkeye, is hospitalized after a snow plow accident leaving him in “critical but stable condition”. It was reported on January 2nd, actor Jeremy Renner was hospitalized due to serious injuries from a snow plowing accident that took place on New Year’s Day. His representative released in a statement that Renner “suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries”, which required two emergency surgeries, leaving him in the ICU.
In the early morning of January 1st, a Washoe County Sheriff rushed to the scene of a reported “traumatic injury” in Reno, Nevada. The 51 year old was airlifted to a local hospital as TMZ obtained a video of the helicopter taking off. New details have emerged since the accident, as police reported “to be treating it as a crime scene”. Renner’s neighbor revealed that the actor’s plowing vehicle, called “Snowcat” part of his snow plow collection, somehow ended up running over one of his legs which resulted in losing an extensive amount of blood. Thankfully, a different neighbor who is a doctor saw the incident and was able to respond quickly to help Renner by applying a tourniquet to his leg to help lessen the blood loss.
