As the year nears its end, and our 2023 graduates are getting ready to begin the next chapter of their lives, a new chapter is in store for the journalism program as well. 

Your Talon Editors for the past two years, Valerie Kohan and Samantha Verdi, will be graduating next week, on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. While their high school journalism careers come to a close, new Editors will take the lead and continue the legacy of the MTHS Journalism Program. 

“It has been my honor to be a part of this program, and a privilege to be an editor. I would like to thank my classmates, my co-editor Valerie Kohan, and my journalism teacher Mrs. Ocone for granting me the opportunity to lead a part in the legacy of the Manchester Township High School Journalism Program. The Talon will return in September of 2023. Until then, have a safe, happy, and relaxing summer, and see you in the 2023-2024 school year!
