Fright-Fest Six Flags Great Adventure

Fright-Fest is one of the most popular scarefests in Jackson, New Jersey. Introduced on October 17, 1992, Fright-Fest is a yearly event that started on September 8 and September 9, with a preview night experience. Six Flags features family-friendly attractions and scares at night! Tickets can be purchased online or in person. Select dates from September 8 to October 31 and refer to the Six Flags Great Adventure website for Park information.
Trick or Trunk at Manchester Township High School

Each year the weekend before Halloween Manchester Township High School holds a Trick or Trunk in the Senior Parking Lot! This event is hosted by the Municipal Alliance. As well as a DJ and a Haunted Bus! Admission for the bus is $1.00. There are cars that give candy to trick-or-trickers, and some trunks even have games for trunk-or-treaters to play. The cars are decorated with spooky decor and some even play Halloween music as ambiance. Glow sticks will be available for purchase. This event takes place this year on October 28th from 7 pm to 9 pm.
Argos Farm

Argos Farm is a Pumpkin Patch in Forked River. Argos also offers many fall activities such as a hayride and corn maze! Argos Farm also has a Bakery with many fall treats, such as pies, cakes, cookies, caramel apples, and more. The farm is open Thursdays and Fridays from 2 pm – 6 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am – 6 pm.
Stone Tavern Orchards

Stone Tavern Orchards is a family-friendly outing that includes apple picking, pumpkin picking, and flower picking. Additionally, they have a hayride, corn maze, and a corn pit! Guests are encouraged to visit a tent where they can purchase fall decor, veggies, flowers, and honey. Stone Tavern Orchards is open on weekends from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Sun Flower Farm

Sun Flower Farm is a family-owned flower stand currently run by a very kind couple. It is a great photo-taking opportunity and a great place to pick up fresh flowers for your home or to give as a gift. The Sun Flower Farm is open daily from 11 am – 6 pm.
