Name: Sianna Blackwell

School Activities/Sports Involved In: Field Hockey, Softball and Write club!

Something about Sianna that would surprise you: Something that might seem surprising about me is that I love writing and my favorite word is bubbles because it makes me giggle!!!

Biggest motivation for senior year: My biggest motivation for senior year is knowing that I’ll be discovering a new path in my life once I graduate and hopefully living a life I love.

Favorite class ever taken at MTHS: My favorite class I’ve ever taken at MTHS was yoga. I took it junior year and it was so stress relieving especially with all the work I was getting that year.

Goals after leaving the Hawks Nest: I think my main goal after leaving the Hawks Nest is to just be happy and kind.

What Sianna will miss most at MTHS: I’ll miss all the familiar faces at school. I’ll miss the comfort in knowing most people throughout the hallways and the teachers I’ve grown to really cherish.

If Sianna had one wish, they’d wish for: I would probably wish for something I felt like I needed in that moment, whether it was just money, a cat or a bubble blower machine to make me smile.

Best MTHS memory: My best memory at school was at the end of my junior year. I had a states game for softball on the same day as senior prom. We didn’t win the game, but I played my heart out and I got to go dancing with my best friends right afterwards.

Advice for the underclassmen: To be patient, there is no need to rush life because everything will come as it pleases and it will leave the same way. The world is beautiful so make sure to stop every once and a while to view it.

Favorite food: I would probably have to say mozzarella sticks and sweet tart ropes!

Favorite musical artist: I would have to say either Kid Cudi or the Arctic Monkeys!

Favorite sports team: I love watching JMU during softball season!

Senior Spotlights are selected on a rotating basis by the MTHS Guidance Department.
