Star Wars has been one of the most popular movie franchises since the 1970s. Star Wars follows messages that are tales as old as time and heroes that are simple archetypes such as good vs. evil, specifically with the Rebellion versus the Empire. It is also about the internal struggles between Luke Skywalker and his father, Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker. Star Wars started out as George Lucas’ vision and sci-fi project as more than just a movie about a galaxy far, far away but has begun to be part of fans and a universe!! A New Hope was just a solo project, then became a trilogy with the release of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi and is now an entire franchise of more than just movies but novels, comics, and television series. So, in honor of the national Star Wars holiday of May the Fourth, it is time for fans to decide what is truly the best Star Wars project??
