On the cold winter day of December 6, 2025, Manchester Township held a Christmas in the Pines at Harry Wright Lake in Whiting, New Jersey. This event allowed people from all over New Jersey to come together and feel the holiday spirit. and feel jolly that Christmas is right around the corner. There were multiple food vendors selling a variety of food, a campfire where people of all ages are allowed to roast smores, Santa Clause makes an appearance, a tree lighting occurs, and even a visit from Santa Clause as well!
This event highlights the joy of Christmas: Friends and family coming together and having an amazing time, seeing friends to family. A National Honors Society Volunteer was Mrs. Clause said of the event:
As for the vendors, the food ranged from ice cream, Fit Chicks truck, New York Style Pizza, hot chocolate stands, and fried foods. Attendees were also invited to mail a letter to Santa through the Christmas list vendor! Every space was filled on the grounds of Harry Wright Lake with people. To add onto the vendors, there was live Christmas music being sung by a variety of musically talented artists.
For one short night, Harry Wright lake was filled with magic and music. Christmas in the Pines is a special Manchester tradition and brightens the holiday season for all.
