The girls volleyball team’s chemistry is different this year for good reasons. They are excited to have another fantastic season like the prior one in their second year under Coach Eno. There are five seniors and one junior in the starting lineup. They are starting strong and making every effort to catch the dub. Stats are always being added to the board. Devyn Quigley now holds the top spot with 35 kills, followed by Ava Perrelli with 32 digs, Sadie Felipe with 41 assists, Kim Perrone with 21 service points, and Maya Bachonksi with 4 blocks.

The girls want to return to the States this year, advance and perhaps win a championship. When asked what she was most anticipating this season, Senior Maya Bachonski, said, “I’m excited to play my last year stronger than ever with all the people who made these last 4 the best.” Most of the seniors have been playing together since their freshmen year, they have developed a unique bond other teams don’t have.

Students and faculty are eager to follow the girls’ growth as the season progresses. All the best, Lady Hawks Volleyball Play as hard as you can on the court! Enjoy the season, everyone! Don’t forget to come support and fill the hawk nest!
