Miracle Pub in Toms River, NJ is not just ordinary. It’s a hidden gem on Route 37 that I’ve been passing and sleeping on for a while. I jumped all over it when I finally got the chance, and I was amazed.

The outside of the pub really stands out. I have the feeling they’ve never changed it’s appearance from back in the day, hence why it’s so cool. When you walk in, you are surrounded by TVs with every sport imaginable going on, lights, displays, and the smell of great food! The bar is towards the back so the dining area lies in the front.

The service at Miracle is unforgettable. Every time our waitress came to the table, she had a smile on her face, making sure we had everything we needed and were having a good experience. Big shoutout to her as me and my dad geared up for what was to come.

Right as you sit down, a big basket of freshly popped popcorn is brought to you. I love eating popcorn while looking over the menu, it helps me concentrate more. This popcorn stood out and was salted all around, it almost topped movie theater popcorn! 

For a great starter, we decided on Miracle’s 4 oz. Pork Hog Wings, “Fried pork shanks served with a choice of one of our wing sauces.” With all of the sauces to choose from, our waitress recommended the sweet chili sauce, so my dad and I trusted her gut and went with it. She was not wrong as we chowed down on three massive melt in your mouth wings! They were tender, crispy, and sweet from that sauce. Every bite came off the bone with such satisfaction and we cleaned every one. I gotta give it a 9.4/10 and it wasn’t blazing hot either, super enjoyable I loved it!

And Now for the Main Event, Miracle Pub’s Famous ½ lb. Black Angus Beef Burger, The Stack. “With cheddar cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and BBQ sauce.” The significance of this powerful burger was unforgettable. This could have been the biggest burger I’ve ever eaten. I mean it was gigantic and almost the size of my head. The juiciness was remarkable as the burger was dripping and the bacon was nice and crispy. So much melted cheese over that delicious patty and the barbeque sauce was sweet. Between it all was soft bread, but the bottom wasn’t so soft due to the juiciness, it was soaked! My only thing is that there was too much lettuce and it was messy but that won’t interrupt my love for The Stack! 

All sandwiches, hot dogs and burgers are served with veggie pasta salad, side salad, or pub fries. You know we had to go with the pub fries. They were solid, soft on the inside crunchy on the outside, an 8/10 is what I would give it with the main event being an 8.8/10. 

I can’t believe I’ve never gone here but I’m glad I did as I will be visiting countless times in the future!
